PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower capable of restricting peeling of a frame plate part and a top plate part from each other as compared with a conventional art even when impact force is applied from the outside.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric blower 100 includes an outer case 102, an inner case 101, and a cap 42. The inner case 101 includes a piezoelectric element 40, a frame plate 60, and a top plate 70. The inner case 101 forms a blower chamber 36 by the piezoelectric element 40, the frame plate 60 and the top plate 70. The frame plate 60 has a side wall portion 61 and supporting portions 62A-62D. The supporting portions 62A-62D are fixed on the outer case 102. Thereby, the inner case 101 is elastically supported with respect to the outer case 102 by the four supporting portions 62A-62D of the frame plate 60. The shortest distance between the fixed part with the outer case 102 in the supporting portions 62A-62D respectively and the piezoelectric element 40 is shorter than the shortest distance between the fixed part with the outer case 102 in the supporting portions 62A-62D respectively and the top plate 70. |
