[Problem] To provide a novel compound that exhibits an agonistic effect on dopamine D2 receptors.;[Solution] The present invention provides a compound represented by the general formula (I):;
in which R1 is C1-6 alkyl or the like; R2 is hydrogen or the like; R3 and R4 are each hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, R10R11N—C1-6 alkyl, aralkyl, or the like; R5 and R6 are hydrogen or the like; and R7 is hydrogen or the like, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical compositions containing same and uses for said compound/salt and composition. The compounds of the present invention exhibit potent dopamine D2 receptor simulating activities and thus are useful as a treating or preventing agent for Parkinson's disease and the like. |

1. A compound represented by the formula (I):or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
wherein
R1 is any one of the following a), b) or c): a) a C1-6 alkyl group, b) a halo-C1-6 alkyl group, or c) a C2-6 alkenyl group;
R2 is any one of a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group;R3 and R4 are each independently any one of the following a), b), c), d), e), f) or g): a) a hydrogen atom, b) a C1-6 alkyl group, c) a cycloalkyl group, d) an aralkyl group, wherein the ring of the aralkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with 1 to 5 substituents selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C1-6 alkyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy group, and a hydroxy-C1-6 alkyl group, e) a heteroaryl-C1-6 alkyl group, wherein the ring of the heteroaryl-C1-6 alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of a C1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C1-6 alkyl group, and a C1-6 alkoxy group, f) a C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl group, or g) a R10R11N—C1-6 alkyl group,
or R3 and R4, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form any one of the following a) or b): a) a cyclic amino group unsubstituted or substituted with 1 or 2 C1-6 alkyl groups or phenyl groups, or b) a benzo-fused cyclic amino group;
R5 and R6 are each independently any one of a hydrogen atom or a C1-7 acyl group;R7 is any one of the following a), b), c), d) or e): a) a hydrogen atom, b) a halogen atom, c) a C1-6 alkyl group, d) an amino group, or e) a hydroxy group; and
R10 and R11 are each independently any one of the following a), b), c), d), e) or f): a) a hydrogen atom, b) a C1-6 alkyl group, c) a cycloalkyl group, d) a C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl group, e) a phenyl group, or f) an aralkyl group,
or R10 and R11, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form any one of the following a) or b): a) a cyclic amino group unsubstituted or substituted with 1 or 2 halogen atoms, C1-6 alkyl groups or phenyl groups, or b) a benzo-fused cyclic amino group. |
