A driving system and an image forming device. The driving system comprises: a driving gear (201) adapted for forward rotation or reverse rotation; a first one-way transmission assembly (202) comprising a first gear (203) and a second gear (204) which are coaxially connected, the first gear (203) being adapted to mesh with the second gear (204) during rotation in a first direction so as to drive the second gear to rotate in the same direction, and to detach from the second gear (204) during rotation in a direction opposite to the first direction; and a second one-way transmission assembly (205) comprising a third gear (206) and a fourth gear (207) which are coaxially connected, the third gear (206) being adapted to mesh with the fourth gear (207) during rotation in a second direction so as to drive the fourth gear (207) to rotate in the same direction, and to detach from the fourth gear (207) during rotation in a direction opposite to the second direction, wherein the first gear (203) and the third gear (206) are connected to the driving gear (201), and the second gear (204) is connected to the fourth gear (207). The device can simplify the structure of an image forming device and reduce costs.
