A realization method of a centralized control platform for large coal mine fully-mechanized mining face equipment. According to the method, on the basis of a coal cutter system, a hydraulic support system, a working face transportation system, an emulsion pump station system, a mobile transformer substation system and a video monitoring system of the large coal mine fully-mechanized mining face equipment, a high-speed embedded computer UNO-3072A, a high-speed data acquisition card PCI-1716, a PowerBuilder front-end development platform, an SQLServer database, a Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol and Industrial Ethernet are used for real-time monitoring, centralized and coordinated control and formation of an information communication network, thereby realizing centralize control over underground large fully-mechanized mining face equipment. Automated production on the fully-mechanized mining face is realized. |
