An oscillating motor and electric clippers, the oscillating motor comprising a U-shaped magnetic yoke (100), four permanent magnets (610, 620, 630, 640) and a swing arm (400). Under a control circuit (300), the U-shaped magnetic yoke (100) causes end surfaces (111, 121) of two support feet (110, 120) to produce alternating magnetic poles. The four permanent magnets (610, 620, 630, 640) are fixedly mounted on an inner arm (420) via a second magnetic yoke (500). The four permanent magnets (610, 620, 630, 640) are respectively a first permanent magnet (610), a second permanent magnet (620), a third permanent magnet (630) and a fourth permanent magnet (640), and are sequentially distributed on a same circumferential surface taking a fulcrum as a circle centre. The polarities of radial end surfaces (611, 641) of the first permanent magnet (610) and the fourth permanent magnet (640) are the same. The polarities of radial end surfaces (621, 631) of the second permanent magnet (620) and the third permanent magnet (630) are the same, and the opposite of the polarity of the radial end surface (611) of the first permanent magnet (610). When a coil is electrified, the four permanent magnets produce torque having the same direction of rotation, and thereby oscillate back and forth under the effect of the two support feet of the U-shaped magnetic yoke. The motor has greater torque than existing motors having the same power, the acting magnetic flux is large, and the driving power is correspondingly reduced. |
