INTERMEDIATES FOR PREPARING SUBSTITUTED BENZOPYRAN COMPOUNDS

Provided are novel intermediates for preparing substituted benzopyran compounds, which provide benzopyran compounds in a safer and simpler preparation as compared with a conventional preparation, have a good stability, and thus are easily isolated. The novel intermediate for preparing substituted benzopyran compounds is a compound represented by the following formula 2, a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof. In the formula 2, R^1 is selected from C1-20 alkyl groups, C2-20 alkenyl groups, C2-20 alkynyl groups, phenyl groups, naphthalenyl groups, and indanyl groups substitutable with 1 or 2 substituents selected from C1-20 alkyl groups, C2-20 alkenyl groups, and C2-20 alkynyl groups, R^2 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl group, a C2-6 alkenyl group, a C1-6 alkyl group substituted with 1-3 aryl groups, a C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group substituted with an aryl group, an aryl oxycarbonyl group, a C1-6 alkoxy C1-6 alkyl group, a C3-9 trialkyltin group, a triaryltin group, or a C3-9 trialkylsilyl group, A is a single bond, or is a C1-10 alkylene group, C2-10 alkenylene group, or C2-10 alkynylene group unsubstituted or substituted with 1-3 substituents selected from C1-10 alkyl groups and phenyl groups, and Y is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom.
