PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer mold bus bar capable of securing sufficient insulation between opposing electrification plates when resin-molding an electrification plate group.SOLUTION: When disposing an electrification plate group formed from a plurality of electrification plates 8 in a mold die and embedding the electrification plate group in a resin molding part 6 after resin molding, in gaps of the electrification plates 8, a first insulation spacer 7a and a third insulation spacer 7c are disposed. The first insulation spacer 7a includes a pedestal and a projection protruding from the pedestal, and the projection has a height dimension larger than a thickness dimension of the electrification plate. The third insulation spacer 7c includes a pedestal and a projection protruding from the pedestal, and the projection has a height dimension equal to or less than the thickness dimension of the electrification plate. The projection is inserted into a through hole provided in the electrification plate 8, and the electrification plate is supported by the pedestal. A top face of the projection protruding from the through hole to an opposite side and a bottom face of the pedestal are resin-molded, respectively, while being abutted to an electrification plate opposing the electrification plate or a molding die surface 3. |
