The invention provides a direct drive mechanism for an electronic part mounting device, so upsizing of a device can be prevented, and vertical level and parallel level of a direct drive guide portion can be ensured; the direct drive mechanism is configured on two sides of a driven object, and comprises the following structures: a fixed framework; a pedestal; a linear motor; the direct drive guide portion formed by a slide guide rail and a slide piece, the slide guide rail is arranged above the linear motor and on a horizontal plane facing upwards in the framework, the slide piece is arranged on a horizontal plane facing downwards in the pedestal, and the slide piece can move along the slide guide rail; an auxiliary guide portion formed by a guide rail and a roller, the guide rail is arranged below the linear motor and in a vertical plane of the framework, the guide rail extends in a same direction of the slide guide rail, the roller is arranged in a vertical plane of the pedestal and can contact with the guide rail in a direction opposite to a movable part and a fixed part of the linear motor, and the roller can roll along the guide rail; and a movable portion capable of keeping embedment of the direct drive guide portion and clamping state of the auxiliary guide portion, and the movable portion allows displacement of the pedestal in the vertical direction. |
