A piece of fitness equipment, which is suitable for fitting to a body part of a person comprising a pressure chamber to which a fluid can be applied and a pump that is connected with the pressure chamber and is suitable for applying the fluid to the pressure chamber. Furthermore, the device comprises a controller for controlling the pump and a wearable holder that is detachably connectable with the pressure chamber and serves for holding the pressure chamber to the body part. The pressure chamber is formed in the shape of a hose.
