The reinforcing part is provided on at least one of the outer circumferential surface of the main pipe and the outer circumferential surface of the lattice pipe. The reinforcing part is arranged between adjacent connecting parts among a plurality of connecting parts each connecting the main pipe and the lattice pipe. The reinforcing part includes a plurality of reinforcing members (2) arranged along the circumferential direction of the pipe.
