PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain an image simulating visual symptoms appearing in a driver when drunk.SOLUTION: An image generation apparatus generates an image of change in scenes according to driving operated by an operator in a driving simulator. The image generation apparatus generates a source image which is larger than a region displayed by a display device, has the image moved in parallel or rotated within a predetermined range with a prescribed position in center as an original point regarding the generated source image and regenerates the image by having the image in a range which can be displayed in the display region in the display device. The image generation apparatus is capable of moving pixels for every prescribed range in the source image in different directions, mixing colors with respective pixels by applying weight to pixels in the periphery of respective pixels in the source image, and regenerating the image having the source image moved in parallel and mixing the source image with the regenerated image at a prescribed ratio. |
