摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller capable of suppressing an operation of the controller from becoming unstable in a state in which a power supply voltage decreases.SOLUTION: A controller 101 comprises: an arithmetic processing unit 102; and a power supply circuit 104. Furthermore, a P-FET 106 is interposed in a power supply line 105 connecting a battery power supply 103 to the power supply circuit 104. The P-FET 106 includes a parasitic diode 107 and this parasitic diode 107 is set in a flow direction of a current from the battery power supply 103 to the power supply circuit 104. A PNP transistor 110 turns off the P-FET 106 if a voltage V1 of the battery power supply 103 is a normal operation voltage, and turns on the P-FET 106 if the voltage V1 decreases. By doing so, it is possible to suppress a voltage supplied to the arithmetic processing unit 102 from decreasing when the voltage V1 of the battery power supply 103 decreases, and to stably operate the arithmetic processing unit 102 as compared with a case of supplying power via the parasitic diode 107.
