PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip plating apparatus capable of preventing trouble of an operation of a sensor caused by adhesion of metal powder, while avoiding a failure of the sensor caused by a high temperature in a seal box.SOLUTION: An edge detection sensor 6 includes a case 60 having an opening part 603 formed thereon, and a sensor body 62 arranged in the case 60 so as to face the opening part 603. A gas passage 65 is formed between an inner wall of the case 60 and the sensor body 62, and cooling gas 604a for cooling the sensor body 62 is allowed to pass through the gas passage 65, and the cooling gas 604a is blown out to the outside of the case 60 from the opening part 603. |
