PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation type oscillation circuit capable of changing a setting of a temperature compensation range.SOLUTION: A temperature compensation type oscillation circuit 1 includes a temperature sensitive oscillator 3 an oscillation frequency of which varies depending on a temperature variation, a crystal oscillation circuit 5 having a capacitor array 4 for adjusting oscillation frequency by digital data, a counter 9 for counting an output frequency of the temperature sensitive oscillator 3 with an AND gate circuit 7 controlled by an output of the crystal oscillation circuit 5, a ROM 12 for storing digital data for controlling the capacitor array 4 using the count value of the counter 9 as an address, and adjusts frequency of an oscillation signal to be outputted externally by controlling the capacitor array 4 with digital data on the ROM12. The temperature compensation type oscillation circuit also includes at least one of oscillation frequency adjustment means 2 for adjusting an oscillation frequency of the temperature sensitive oscillator 3 regardless of a temperature change and gate time setting means 8 for setting gate time of the AND gate circuit 7, and initial counter value setting means 10 for setting an initial value to the counter 9. |
