PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery state determination device capable of determining a deterioration state of a battery when a vehicle is stopped.SOLUTION: A main battery 2 and a sub battery 3 are connected with a main relay 5 via a bidirectional converter 4 and when a vehicle is stopped, namely, when the main relay 5 is in an OFF state, power is supplied from the sub battery 3 to a smooth capacitor 7 via the bidirectional converter 4. An internal resistance value of the sub battery is estimated from a current value and a voltage value at that time, the estimated internal resistance value is compared with a threshold, and a deterioration state of the sub battery 3 is determined. |
