At a through anchor, a guide piece is molded at a periphery of a through-hole of an anchor plate. A webbing is inserted-through an insert-through hole of the guide piece, and the webbing is slidably supported by the guide piece. Further, the guide piece is not fixed to an entire outer peripheral end surface of the anchor plate. Here, an anchor plate thickness direction dimension of a thick portion, that is formed at an edge portion of the through-hole periphery of the anchor plate, is made to be larger than other portions of the anchor plate. Therefore, positional offset of the guide piece with respect to the anchor plate can be suppressed. |
