The present invention relates to a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for a posterior ocular disease containing the compound represented by a formula (1), its enantiomer or diastereomer, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.

A method for treating a posterior ocular disease in a human subject, the method comprising administering to the human subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound represented by the formula (1): its enantiomer or diastereomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, wherein the posterior ocular disease is at least one selected from the group consisting of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema, retinal vein occlusion and uveitis.
