A head-mounted electronic device (10), comprising head-mounted headphones (20) and a display portion (40). The head-mounted headphones (20) comprise: an elastic strip (24), which is C-shaped and provided with two connection ends (25); two movable pieces (26), each rotatably connected around a first axis (25d) to a corresponding connection end (25); two sound devices (22), each rotatably connected around a second axis (26d) to a corresponding movable piece (26). The display portion (40) comprises: a main body (42), used for generating and outwardly projecting an image; two connection pieces (44), connected to two opposite ends of the main body (42) and each rotatably connected around a third axis (22e) to a corresponding sound device (22). The arrangement of the movable pieces (26) enables the sound devices (22), when rotating around the third axis (22e), to be forced by the display portion (40) to rotate around the first axis (25d) and the second axis (26d), thereby preventing the elastic strip (24) and the connection pieces (44) from twisting, and enabling the display portion (40) to rotate to a position roughly overlapping with the head-mounted headphones (20). |
