1. A server device for providing a game to a plurality of user devices, comprising:
a storage unit for storing rarity scores of a plurality of game rewards to be given to a user playing the game, and storing a data package and a plurality of addition packages for each of a plurality of users, wherein the data package includes identifiers of a set of game rewards and reward giving-status information indicating which game rewards have been given to the user, and wherein each of the addition packages includes an identifier of a new game reward to be added to the set of game rewards; a communication unit for communicating with the plurality of user devices; an event proceeding unit for causing the user to participate in an event proceeding in the game; a package giving unit for giving an addition package to the user who has participated in the event and storing the addition package in the storage unit in association with the user, wherein the addition package is changed according to a degree of difficulty of the event; a package updating unit for updating the data package of the user by adding a new game reward indicated by an addition package selected by the user to the set of game rewards; a reward-list generating unit for generating information for displaying a reward list including images of game rewards included in the updated data package on a user device of the user, wherein the images of the game rewards have different appearances according to the rarity scores of the respective game rewards; and a rewarding unit for giving at least one of the game rewards displayed in the reward list to the user and updating the reward giving-status information corresponding to the user.
