a removable pod for containing an amount of powdered formula premeasured to yield a single serving of baby formula, the pod having a cup, a lid, and a hinge coupling the cup to the lid for opening and closing the lid relative to the cup; a pod-receiving region for holding the pod in an inverted orientation with the lid facing down; and a moveable member configured to open the lid of the pod on command to dispense the powdered formula into a vessel. |
