The present invention relates to rotational molding of a relatively large resin product, such as a water tank or a float, which enables the product to exhibit excellent antibacterial or water quality improvement function by applying particles with water quality improvement function on the inner surface or the outer surface of the product. Provided is a rotational molding method comprising: an injecting step for injecting powdered resin material into a mold; a molding step for rotating and heating the mold so that the powdered resin material is molten according to the shape of the inner wall of the mold to be fused and sintered together with adjacent powdered resin material; a cooling step for cooling the mold by rotating the same; and a demolding step for opening the mold and removing a cooled product therefrom, wherein the method further comprises a step, between the molding step and the cooling step, for spraying functional particles on the inner surface or the surface of the product before the surface of the product is cured such that the particles are deposited on the surface of the product molded with the powdered resin material. |
