A method of indicating information upon face-based remote verification and an automatic teller machine. The method comprises: recording a first facial feature and a second facial feature matching the first facial feature that are required for unlocking (S101); determining whether a facial feature input by a user is the first facial feature or the second facial feature (S102); if not, terminating the determination and remaining in a current state (S103); if so, prompting another remote user to input another facial feature matching the facial feature input by the user in a given time (S104); determining whether the facial feature input by the remote user is the one matching the facial feature input by the user (S105); if not, terminating the determination and remaining in a current state (S106); and if so, entering a withdrawal procedure and pushing patent information (S107). The present invention enables remote verification of matching facial features, therefore improves the convenience of withdrawal when a fund account is owned by two people without compromising security, and can also protect and manifest the rights of the right owner. |
