An audio device equipped with: an audio signal communication unit that has a receiving unit for receiving an audio signal via wireless communication, and a transmission unit for transmitting an audio signal via wireless communication; a plurality of signal input units, which include the receiving unit; an input selection unit for selecting one signal input unit from among the plurality of signal input units; a control unit for controlling the switching of the input selection unit; and a signal processing unit. Therein: when a signal input unit other than the receiving unit is selected using the input selection unit, the control unit switches the input selection unit to the selected signal input unit, and inputs the audio signal inputted from the selected signal input unit into the signal processing unit; and when the receiving unit receives an audio signal via wireless communication, the control unit switches the input selection unit from the selected signal input unit to the receiving unit, and inputs the received audio signal into the signal processing unit. |
