PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple reflection container used in photoreaction or spectroscopic analysis, with which it is possible to easily adjust the deformation of the concave reflection surface of a spherical mirror.SOLUTION: The multiple reflection container according to the present invention incorporates a pair of concave spherical mirrors provided facing each other in order to reflect a laser beam multiple times, the multiple reflection container being characterized by having a holding-fixing member for holding the outer circumference of the spherical mirror and fixing it in place, and a cooling mechanism for cooling the holding-fixing member to a prescribed temperature, stresses being given to the spherical mirror by cooling the holding-fixing member by the cooling mechanism and the reflection plane of the spherical surface being deformed by the stresses causing the focal distance to change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
