The invention relates to an electrode-free pacemaker implanted in the right heart ventricle for issuing the necessary electric stimuli to the heart myocardium; the invented piezoelectric mechanism comprises a piezoelectric crystal which is incessantly actuated by the continuously vibrating right ventricle and able to convert the kinetic energy into electric so that energy generation is ensured and the battery’s service life infinitely prolonged. Such a piezoelectric mechanism of particularly small dimensions can be incorporated to implantable electrode-free pacemakers operating with no use of battery so that the so-far implant’s replacement due to the restricted service life of battery is avoided.
