PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a restart time lag from termination of engine stop control to engagement of start clutch.SOLUTION: A control device of a continuously variable transmission with an auxiliary transmission, is provided with: a low brake solenoid valve 113 disposed on the way of an oil passage from a mechanical oil pump 10 to a low brake 32, for controlling an oil pressure to the low brake 32; and a transmission controller 12 outputting a clutch oil pressure indication value PL/Bto the low brake solenoid valve 113. The transmission controller 12 outputs the clutch oil pressure indiction value PL/Bto the low brake solenoid valve 113 for opening an oil passage from the mechanical oil pump 10 to the low brake 32 in advance at least before an engine speed rises by restarting of an engine. |
