PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module for suppressing the inclusion, into an optical path, of abrasion powder generated from a positioning member.SOLUTION: The optical module comprises: a transparent substrate 20 having a positioning hole formed therein and capable of transmitting light; a light-emitting part 31, mounted on the transparent substrate 20, for emitting light toward the transparent substrate 20; a support member 40 having formed therein a positioning pin to be inserted into the positioning hole, the support member 40 supporting an optical fiber and forming an optical path between the light-emitting part 31 and the optical fiber together with the transparent substrate 20; and a dustproof part 61 disposed between the transparent substrate 20 and the support member 40 and disposed between the positioning hole 23 and positioning pin and the optical path. |
