The actuation device (100, 101, 102; 200) -preferably electric- of a bar-end bicycle gearshift comprises an mount part (110; 210) adapted to be mounted to the end (M) of handlebars facing forwards in the direction of travel of the bicycle, and an actuation part (120; 220) mounted on the mount part (110; 210); the actuation part (120; 220) is in a neutral position with respect to the mount part (110; 210), when no gearshifting is commanded. The device (100, 101, 102; 200) is characterised in that it comprises means (177, 178; 277) for adjusting the neutral position of the actuation part (120; 220) with respect to the mount part (110; 210). Each cyclist can thus adjust the position taken up by the actuation part (120, 220) in normal travel, when the gearshift is not actuated, based on their own physical characteristics and their own preferences. |
