PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryness measuring device which can accurately measure dryness of steam which flows through piping.SOLUTION: A dryness measuring device 1 which samples steam flowing through steam piping and measures dryness includes: a stirring part (for example, static mixer) 10 which stirs the steam flowing through the inside of the steam piping; a sampling part 111 which samples the steam stirred by the stirring part 10; and a dryness calculation part 17 which calculates dryness by measuring the steam sampled by the sampling part 111. |
