PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an opening/closing device for vehicle that can improve assembly operability.SOLUTION: There is provided an opening/closing device for vehicle that has a closing-side cable 26 and an opening-side cable 27 each having one end fixed to a vehicle body, a slide door provided for the vehicle body, and a drum provided for the slide door and wound with the closing-side cable 26 and opening-side cable 27. The opening/closing device for vehicle has an outer case 37 and an outer case 38 which are provided for the slide door and in which the closing-side cable 26 and opening-side cable 27 are arranged individually, and a single casing cap 36 to which length-directional ends of the outer cases 37, 38 are connected, the end of the outer case 37 being fixed to the casing cap 36 and the end of the outer case 38 being inserted into a fitting hole 36a provided in the casing cap. |
