PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer which can highly efficiently utilize energy input for generating an electric field.SOLUTION: In an electrostatic atomizer including a discharge electrode 2 and a counter electrode 4, the counter electrode 4 is provided with a concave inner face 26 facing a tip end 6 of the discharge electrode 2. The inner face 26 is a face formed along a surface of a sphere the center of which is a reference point P that is a point away from the tip end 6 toward the counter electrode 4 by a predetermined distance D. |
