<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate superior in heat resistant foaming properties and moisture resistant heat stability (whitening resistance) without corrosion of metal or metal oxide, in the laminate for a touch panel having an electric conductive film comprising the metal or the metal oxide, and to provide the touch panel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In this laminate in which a base material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and an electric conductive layer are laminated in this order, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has the following composition: (meth)acrylic polymer substantially having no acid group, having a weight average molecular weight of ≥50,000 and <400,000 and molecular weight distribution of ≥10 and ≤40; and an isocyanate cross-linking agent. The (meth)acrylic polymer is copolymer of monomers including: 20 to 99.5 wt.% of at least one kind selected from alkoxyalkyl (meth) acrylate and alkoxy polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate; 0.5 to 10 wt.% of hydroxyl group-containing monomer; and 0 to 5 wt.% of nitrogen-containing monomer (entire monomers are 100 wt.%). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
