a substrate; a light emitting structure on the substrate and including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a reflective electrode on the second conductive semiconductor layer; a second bump over the reflective electrode; a prevention layer provided between the reflective electrode and the second bump; a second electrode pad that contacts with the reflective electrode through a lateral side of the prevention layer; a second bump pad provided between the prevention layer and the second bump; and a protective layer provided on an edge region between the second electrode pad and the second bump pad.
