In the present invention, a first slider 451 and a fifth-gear driving gear 425 are positioned in line in the axial direction on the drive shaft 41. A plurality of fifth-gear dog teeth 465 are provided to the first slider 451. One end of a shift fork is positioned in the guide groove 481 of a shift drum 48, and the other end of the shift fork is connected to a first slider 451. A plurality of fifth-gear dog recesses 475 are provided to the fifth-gear driving gear 425. When shifting to fifth gear, the first slider 451 moves in the axial direction on the drive shaft, and the plurality of fifth-gear dog teeth 465 and the plurality of fifth-gear dog recesses 475 engage with one another. With a line linking the meshing point M of the fifth-gear driving gear 425 and the fifth-gear driven gear 445 with the shaft center P of the driving shaft, as a reference, at least four of the plurality of fifth-gear dog teeth 465 and the plurality of fifth-gear dog recesses 475 mesh within a range of 90° in one direction and 90° in the other direction in the circumferential direction of the fifth-gear driving gear 425. |
