There is provided an imaging device including an image sensor, and an outer case in which the image sensor is disposed. A shooting button configured to photograph a subject is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the outer case. When an intersection line between a horizontal surface including a center of the outer case in a vertical direction and the outer peripheral surface of the outer case is set as a horizontal line, the shooting button is positioned close to the horizontal line above the horizontal line. A zoom knob configured to change photographic magnification is positioned on a same side as the shooting button in a horizontal direction.

an image sensor; and an outer case in which the image sensor is disposed, wherein a shooting button configured to photograph a subject is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the outer case, wherein, when an intersection line between a horizontal surface including a center of the outer case in a vertical direction and the outer peripheral surface of the outer case is set as a horizontal line, the shooting button is positioned close to the horizontal line above the horizontal line, and wherein a zoom knob configured to change photographic magnification is positioned on a same side as the shooting button in a horizontal direction.
