A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel is manufactured by combining a polymer dispersed liquid crystal with a quantum dot and by transforming structures of traditional upper and lower substrates. Compared with the manufacturing procedure of a traditional display panel, the present invention omits to manufacture or add components, such as a colour photoresist layer, an alignment film and a polarizing plate, with a simple manufacturing procedure and low manufacturing costs. Meanwhile, a manufactured display panel has five display effects, such as red, green, blue, white, and blurring and non-transparent, so that the display panel has good display quality. |
