A manufacturing process of a document envelope. The document envelope has a front board, a back board and a sealing board. A tearing strip, an adhesive region and an anti-theft line are formed on the sealing board. The front board and back board are both micro corrugated cardboards having a multi-layer structure, and a surface of the micro corrugated cardboards is coated with a waterproof agent or a plastic thin film. The manufacturing process comprises surface paper cutting, offset printing, waterproof agent or plastic thin film coating, surface paper laminating, die cutting, back pocket binding, etc. Alternatively, the manufacturing process comprises surface paper pre-printing, waterproof agent or plastic thin film coating, cardboard preparation, die cutting and back pocket binding. |
