Disclosed are a clamping structure and a gimbal platform comprising same. The clamping structure comprises a retaining part (10) and an adapter part (30) connected to the retaining part (10), wherein the adapter part (30) is used for connecting the clamping structure to a bearing member (201), and the retaining part (10) is rotatably connected to the adapter part (30) so as to adjust the angle of the retaining part with respect to the adapter part (30); the clamping structure further comprises a damping member (305) which is provided between the retaining part (10) and the adapter part (30), wherein the damping member (305) provides a resistance to rotation when the retaining part (10) rotates with respect to the adapter part (30), when an external force for rotating the retaining part (10) disappears, the resistance to rotation enables the retaining part (10) to maintain any angle with respect to the adapter part (30); and the adapter part (30) comprises a connector (302), and the adapter part (30) is connected to the bearing member (201) via the connector (302). |
