A process and system for homogenously distributing additives within solid or viscous matrices, for example a process and system for manufacturing composition for lead-acid battery electrode by suspending the additive (such as CNT) in a suspending liquid and spraying droplets of the suspension on the matrix (such as lead-oxide paste), while applying mixing conditions onto the matrix.
