A method for production of a high expression seed-specific and/or seed-preferential expression construct, comprising functionally linking one or more nucleic acid expression enhancing nucleic acid (NEENA) molecule to a seed-specific and/or seed-preferential promoter and to a nucleic acid molecule to be expressed under the control of said seed-specific and/or seed-preferential promoter, wherein said NEENA is heterologous to said seed-specific and/or seed-preferential promoter and said nucleic acid molecule, and wherein said NEENA comprises:
i) a nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; or ii) a nucleic acid molecule having at least 98% sequence identity to the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3. |
