PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting sheet giving hyperthermia comfortable feeling to a seated person by heating only the minimum section of a seat back and a seat cushion, and achieving further reduction of exothermic energy.SOLUTION: A temperature adjusting sheet is such that a heating area in a backrest surface of a seat back SB is limitedly specified to a prescribed top-to-bottom width, including the shoulder blade contact region of a seated person among at least three sections made by dividing the backrest surface of the seat back SB in the vertical direction; a heating area in a seating surface of a sheet cushion SC is limitedly specified to a prescribed front-to-rear width, including the thigh back half contact region of the seated person among at least three sections made by dividing the seating surface of the seat cushion SC in the cross direction; and only the heating areas are arranged with heating units 2 and 5. |
