摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mixed layer of an electrode material and an insulation material from being formed in the vicinity of the interface between an electrode material layer and an insulation material layer when an electrode layer of a lithium ion secondary battery is coated on a current collector foil and the insulation material which becomes a separator is coated on the electrode layer.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery includes the steps of: coating electrode material slurry on the surface of a current collector coil EP using a first coating part; supplying solidified liquid containing a component which precipitates a binder component contained in the electrode material slurry to the electrode material slurry to thereby solidify a surface layer of the electrode material slurry; coating an insulation material slurry on the electrode material slurry whose surface layer is solidified; and drying the electrode material slurry and the insulation material slurry.
