PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing article capable of keeping a satisfactory appearance while the article is worn.SOLUTION: A chassis 20 of a wearing article such as a disposable diaper comprises panel portions 30 extending in a lateral direction X at both side edges 21 of a rear waistline region. Each panel portion 30 is formed of an elastic sheet 31 and comprises a front edge part 34 and a rear edge part 36 extending between a base end edge 32 and a distal end edge 33. At at least one of the front edge part 34 and the rear edge part 36, the elastic sheet 31 is folded back and joined to each other. |
