PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing belt having excellent bending resistance and wear resistance.SOLUTION: A fixing belt comprises: a belt base material 110A containing a polyimide resin; and a surface layer 110B which is fused to an outer circumferential surface of the belt base material 110A, contains an inert fluororesin, and has an innermost layer 110B1 forming a fusion surface with the belt base material 110A and an outermost layer 110B2 forming an outermost surface. A melt float rate (MFR) of the outermost layer 110B2 is smaller than the melt float rate (MFR) of the innermost layer 110B1. |
