PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain information for specifying data failed to be read out from a medium having pieces of data recorded therein.SOLUTION: A medium processing apparatus executes read-out of file structure information from a plurality of discs, and executes read-out of data from the discs from which the file structure information has been successfully read out and stores the read-out data. From among the discs from which the file structure information has been successfully read out, for at least a part of the discs from which the data has been failed to be read out, the medium processing apparatus creates a read-out result file for specifying the data failed to be read out on the basis of the file structure information. |
