PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove pseudo pulses and, without impairing sensitivity, accurately measure radiation.SOLUTION: A dose meter includes a charge amplifier 110 for generating a voltage signal according to a dose of radiation, a comparator 120 for generating pulses upon detecting that the voltage signal exceeds a reference voltage, a state machine 130 that does not output the pulses in a non-output period upon detecting the pulses according to the peak value of the voltage signal, and a pulse counter 140 that counts the number of the pulses. |
