PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently perform an e-mail transmission control process in a transmission control system of e-mail under a multi-tenant environment.SOLUTION: When performing an e-mail transmission control process for transmitting from an e-mail address for use in a tenant A to an e-mail address for une in a tenant B, the information processing device determines an e-mail transmission control method using a transmission control rule of the tenant A and determines an e-mail receiving control method using a receiving control rule of the tenant B. The information processing device finally determines a process executing for the e-mail using the transmission control method determined using the transmission control rule, and the receiving control method determined using the receiving control rule. |
