PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygroscopic fast-drying knit fabric appropriate for underwear and socks, which is made of multifilament of synthetic fiber.SOLUTION: Twisted multifilament is untwisted to be multifilament 2 comprising a bundle of parallel monofilament. A knit fabric is formed by using a covering yarn 4 that is made by covering a core yarn 3 with the multifilament 2 comprising the bundle of parallel monofilament. It is desirable that the covering yarn 4 made by covering the core yarn 3 with the multifilament 2 comprising the bundle of parallel monofilament is used as a back side yarn 5 and the back side yarn 5 and a face yarn 6 are formed into the knit fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
