PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element for window capable of heating a desired portion preferentially and then heating the entire surface. even when a resin substrate is used, and to provide a window for vehicle.SOLUTION: A planar heating element for window includes a resin substrate 1 having a planar or curved surface, and a heating element 2 composed of a conductive sheet provided on the resin substrate 1. The heating element 2 includes a first heating region 2a and a second heating region 2b and a third heating region 2c spreading planarly along the surface shape of the resin substrate 1 while being divided from each other. The width in the direction orthogonal to the current flow direction of the second heating region 2b is narrower than the width in the direction orthogonal to the current flow direction of the first heating region 2a, and the width in the direction orthogonal to the current flow direction of the third heating region 2c. |
