A pillow 1 comprises two wings 2, 3, a bridging section 4 connecting the wings to form a U-shape and a support 5, 6. The pillow has a first configuration in which the support is provided in the bridging section and a second configuration in which the support is removed from the bridging section. In the second configuration the thickness of the thinnest portion of the pillow in the bridging section is less than the thickness of the thickest portion of the pillow in the wings. The support may be in two parts, with each part attached to a wing, and may be provided in a pocket in the bridging section. The bridging portion may have silicone hemispheres on its base to improve the grip between the pillow and a surface. In use, the support can be moved between the wings and bridging section to provide support as needed. |
